Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day free trial for all OcuraLife products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you are eligible to initiate a return. To start the return process, please visit our website or contact our customer support team at support@ocuralife.com. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of return request confirmation to qualify for a refund.
If you have already initiated your return within the 30-day trial period and are waiting for a response, rest assured, you are covered.
For eligible returns, please note that the cost of return shipping to our Canadian warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to use a carrier or shipping method different from our recommended options, ensure you provide us with the tracking information. Please be aware that these shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
To receive a full refund, all returns must include the product, all original packaging, instructions, and accessories. Items must be in good, working condition with normal wear and tear. Returns will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt to ensure all components are in good working order. Missing, dirty, or damaged components may result in a deduction from your total refund amount.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 7-10 business days to appear in your account. Please note, shipping fees and order protection fees are not refundable.
Topical products are eligible for return only if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Customers who purchased an OcuraLife device from an authorized retailer or reseller, rather than directly from us, should contact the retailer or reseller for return inquiries.

Warranty
All purchases from OcuraLife or an authorized third-party retailer are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If you need to initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to our support team with proof of purchase.
Delivered, Not Received
For orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, we do not offer refunds, only replacements. To safeguard against lost packages, future deliveries will require a secure U.S. shipping address with a signature required.
Damaged in Transit/Missing Items
Should your order arrive damaged or with missing items, replacements are available under the following conditions:
- Provide photos of the damaged packaging.
- Provide photos of the shipping label.
- Provide photos of the items received.
